Roger has been a hairdresser since '95, is a licensed barber, and the founder of Lew's. He has since 1997 worked as an International Educator for American Crew, the premier men's grooming line, teaching in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and throughout the U.S., and he's done hair for men's designers at Fashion Week in New York. He established Lew's in October of 2007, and when he's not teaching men's cutting on the road or cycling the hills of NWA, he's been known to cut some mean hair at the shop. He also works once a week at Metropolis in Fayetteville, which he established in 2000.
